I have just started reading Toba Garrett's book, The Well Decorated Cake. In addition to awesome cakes, she has recipes in the back of the book. Has anyone ever tried either her chocolate fudge cake, or moist yellow cake?
I haven't used any of her cake recipe's, but her "Decorator's Icing" is one of my go to's for a south Texas summer event!
I have tried both and they are very good. Only problem is they make a small cake (not a full 2 inches tall). Her chocolate buttercream is to die for, too!
