Help Please--How Do I Store The Wasc Cake- ?

Good Morning Everyone- I have made the White Almond Sour Cream Cake and forgot to refrigerate it(I have never tried it before and forgot about the sour cream)...Can this be stored out on a counter at room temperature for 3 or 4 days or more? Help please- I was going to bring this to someone this morning-but I don't want to kill anyone from food poisoning! Thanks in advance!!! icon_redface.gif

I also make the WASC on this site. I never place it in the fridge. I keep it in a room temp. room. My house is set at 74 degrees. I keep the cake onced iced in a cake box.

I also use the WASC recipe and I never refrigerate my cakes. I also use milk in my buttercream.
