Thank you TexasSugar, you really have helped. Everything you have said is true. Writing down about how I felt when I lost all that weight is a great idea, hopefully I will read it instead of eating all the fattening stuff, to remind me of all the good and positive things I felt.

I'm glad you are feeling better. Sometimes it is so easy to think about all the things we don't like. I'm not sure why it seems to take more effort to come up with the good, but they are important, more important than the negatives! Good Luck!
