I am wanting to make a carrot cake for my dad for his birthday. I was planning to pipe carrots on it. Is there a tip i can use to make them look the best, or what should i be doing?

Hi, i haven't made a carrot, but i know it has to do with the amount of pressure when you squeeze your bag, i think there might be a tutorial on wilton, bump

I work in a bakery where we make carrot cakes with piped carrots on them. I usually use tip 12 (big round tip). What I do it build up a small mound and then pull down to create the tail of the carrot. I top it off with the leaf tip. I hope this helps! I Buy Marzipane and color it Orange, shape it like a Carrot. I use a small Knife and make lines around the Carrot. insert a little Piece of Angelika in the Top, you can also use a Piece of Parsley.
