Im looking into getting a new oven that takes full sheets, this is one of the smallest foot print ovens to take full sheets. Id be interested to hear from anyone who has or uses this oven for baking their cakes in. Thanks.
I'm actually planning to purchase this oven tomorrow. My supplier says its a good brand. I need the small footprint because my shop only has a small front door entrance and most oven are out of the questions simply because I can't get them in. I'm ordering the double stack. I want it for the steam injection since I do a lot of artisan breads too.
