We typically host our tasting on Sundays. With this being Memorial Day and Race Day (indy 500), we didn't think we'd have a lot of people wanting appts, but we were wrong. Our whole day filled up quickly, despite our reminding people of the holiday/race.

So, like every week, we called to confirm our appts. I leave messages stating that we do have a waiting list for times, so if you need to cancel/reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Two had to reschedule, no biggie, all the other confirmed with "Yep, we'll be there with bells on!"

I check the machine Sat after my last delivery to find a message from my 2 o'clock saying they have to cancel because its the holiday weekend. icon_eek.gificon_mad.gificon_twisted.gifthumbsdown.gif

ARE YOUR FREAKING KIDDING ME??!!!! How rude do you have to be to confirm the appt and then call, when you KNOW that we're closed and won't have time to give someone else the appt time to cancel?

I've decided that I will not be allowing her to reschedule.
