I made my first batch of MM fondant and it's perfect!
sure beats the 8.99 for 2 lbs I've been paying for satin ice.

Good for you 
I've made it several times and have never had good results. I make Michele Foster's fondant. It's perfect everytime.

This is the first time I have tried to make any type of fondant, I have hers printed out, but this was the first one I came across in my book.
I will be trying hers next.

Yup..I've been making MMF since last summer and I've never had a "bad" batch! LOVE it and it only costs a few dollars!
