It happened a few months ago, however I learned a couple lesson from it...I. Had crumb and just finished smoothing the bc when I noticed it was time to get my daughter fem school I rushed out forgetting to put it in the rrefrigerator ,my dh was home and when a came back after he sent me to for milk I said put the cake up came home the cake was on the counter where I left it and a entire side I reconstructed and had all smooth was on the counter NEXT to ten cake..
Lesson1. Finish what u start 2. don't trust husband to take eyes off PGA tour ....

Suprisingly, my hubby always knows what to do, NOW, when I ask him and does it....but then I think he's learned from my reactions in the past that he doesn't want the emotional cake trauma breakdown that happens to me when something doesn't go right.
