Can anyone tell me if you can use home made marshmallows in the marshmallow fondant recipe. In Aust our bags tend to be mixed colours so I wondered whether I can just use homemade marshmallows in the fondant?

ive been wondering the same thing myself, keep meaning to experiment but never mange to get around to

the marshmellow situation is quite annoying, apparently iga still sell all white bags, mine doesnt, but someone said there did. until then, it just means i get to eat a whole lot of pink marshie... nless im making pink fondant that is!!

looking forward to seeing replies...

Well then I might put it on the list of things to do this week or next weekend. Will let you know how it goes.
