This is my most recent cake and probably the cake I've felt the best about upon completion.

I just wanted to see what you thought and see if anyone had ideas / comments / feedback so that if I'm asked to make one like it again I can improve it.

Btw... they left this cake entirely up to me, so this is something I felt like making and had fun with! icon_smile.gif

Thank you

Very pretty!! I really like the mini cakes to go with it. The ribbons are crooked in some spots, which gives the illusions that the cakes are a teeny bit crooked, which I am pretty sure aren't. I love the two tone colour of the ribbon though, it really compliments the blossoms and adds some pop to it too!

it's quite lovely, personally I like a bit more flowers on the branches of the big cake

I love your display of the cakes and the colors, the only thing I see that you can do when you do another one is make the branches a little bigger on the ones that are really thin. some look really thin. but over all it's a lovely cake.

Each tier looks slightly pyramidal shaped to me. I don't know if the buttercream underneath was applied this way, or if the bottom layers are actually slightly larger than the layer place above. Nice cake.
