Brobee Cake

Hi, I have a order for a BroBee cake. I would like to cut the cake from a sheet cake. I have never none this before. Any suggestions - Help please.

I honestly had to look up what a Brobee was!! Anyway, a simple template of his outline, laid on top of the cake and then trim away at a 45 deg angle to where it is not straight up and down but more at an angle from top to bottom. I either do this with two sheet cakes if I want more body shape, or half a sheet cake folded in two and then carved. That is how I did a lot of my children's cakes.
