Just want to know if the leftover butercream frosting can be frozen for later use. If so for how long?

Yes, you can freeze it and just let it thaw and rebeat it. I have had some in the freezer for six months and it was just fine.

Yes I make and freeze all the time, just thaw and re-beat!
