I ordered Pettinice Fondant and I am using it for the first time on a wedding cake. I find that it cracks and tears so much easier than Wilton(I hate the taste of Wilton) anyway, does anyone have any tips for me to keep it from cracking so much? I am covering the cakes in the morning.

I find that if I have a finicky fondant, if I knead together 1/3 Wilton w/ 2/3 of the other brand, I get a product that works very well and still tastes great.
