There is one cake, not sure what its called.... It has nuts, crushed pineapple, and coconut, its served cold and very moist!!! Any idea what it is???

Sounds like "Italian Wedding Cake." I've only made it once, but it is very moist and has those ingredients. Hope that helps!

Hummingbird Cake? But my recipe for it has bananas, pecan, and pineapple.
