What brand of cake pans do you use? I have all Wilton, but have a hard time getting the icing sharp on the corners of my square and sheet cakes because the Wilton pans have rounded corners. I really don't have any problems with the round pans. I was wondering if it would be worth the money to invest in another brand for the square cakes. Thanks for any suggestions. icon_razz.gif

I traded in most of my pans for Fat Daddios. I love them - most will recommend Magic Line but they are pricey. Fat Daddios is sort of mid-line between the two.

I have a few Wilton pans but I recently got a 5pc set Magic Line set and I love them. Got them from Amazon for $39 dollars which includes free shipping. HTH
