I am working on a guitar cake that needs to be vegan friendly. I have found a decent chocolate cake and buttercream but I'm wondering if icing sheets are vegan? I've checked the Kopykake website and it says that they are Kosher--which I don't think guarantees that they are vegan. Anyone know??

I don't know about the sheets themselves, but I do know that kosher does not necessarily mean vegan....
