Does anyone know if this is legal? I looked at the matrix and it indicates that it is not legal in Oklahoma, but the owner of a cake shop here in OKC said that she thought a law was passed last year that made it legal. Any help would be appreciated!!

you can have a legal home bakery in oklahoma....just not out of the family kitchen.

you'd have to have a separate kitchen with the triple bay sink...hand sink, grease trap and all the other things a storefront has.
