Egg White Substitute For A White Cake

I have a rather large white cake to make this weekend. My DH went to the store and bought some egg white substitue. i tried it out, and sure enough, just like the package says, I couldn't get stiff peaks due to the pasteurization. Is there an egg white product on the market I can use that WILL beat to stiff peaks?
