I'm making two 8 inch cakes in a few weeks and know it will be very hot here. Im afraid to use buttercream under the fondant incase it melts. Are there any other yummy frosting recipes I could use?
Also do you guys have any tips on getting the fondant to stick to the icing?
I saw a video where a woman used some sort of piping gel, but im not sure. Thank you!
Fondant sticks to the frosting all on its own.
I use IMBC under fondant.
