I love Christmas in July! Being a Pom now living in Oz I just can't get used to a hot Christmas icon_smile.gif We always have the full dinner with all the trimmings in July!

We have:
Roast turkey
roast potatoes
roast parsnips
stuffing
brussel sprouts
sausages wrapped in bacon
gravy
bread sauce

Christmas pudding (I have to confess I buy one, never made my own)
brandy butter
mince pies
trifle
chocolate yule log
And of course christmas cake!

If any of that sounds good let me know! Also check out the BBC food website, they have lots of good recipes on there and the Christmas ones are all cold weather friendly!
