I need to freeze my part fondant/part BC covered cake for a few days (3-4). If it put it in a container (basic Walmart one with lid) is it necessary to wrap it for such a short time? Will it get stale tasting or pick up freezer odors?
I am finding that I get wrinkles in my fondant from the glad press n seal.

TIA

I'd put it in the container and wrap it up with plastic wrap.

How do you avoid the creases on your fondant from the seal and wrap? TIA!

I don't know. I was talking about putting your cake in a box (container) and wrapping the box/container with plastic wrap. The wrap won't touch your cake but will still protect it. thumbs_up.gif
