I have an order for some chocolate dipped marshmellows, rice crispie treats and pretzle sticks. I'll use the wilton chips.

How far in advance can I do these?? Do you think the choc. would start to run if I did them 2 days in advance.

Candy melts/ chocolate coating will be fine for 2 days, it will not "run'.

oh ok, I use real chocolate as well. If i want something coloured i do it myself, personally I do not like the candy melts.

So for me with real chocolate They last a while

Candy melts are NOT real chocolate. It is a coating.
