Does anyone use this - is it good? Some people say that its good for wedding cakes. What do you think?
Sharon Zambito (Sugarshack) uses it in her buttercream. You could PM her and ask her about it.
I've been using it in my icing ever since I got Sharon's DVD. I love it! I think it adds a great flavor and it seems to get a positive response from anyone who's tasted my cakes.
