I was in Hobby Lobby the other day and I noticed that they had a flavoring named "princess" has anyone heard of this and what is it and what does it taste like?

It has a light citrus, almond vanilla flavor. It is AWESOME.

You should try the cream bouquet. Both of them are great as cake flavorings.

It's more of a combo of vanilla, almond, lemon and orange. It's indiscrible.

I like the Princess flavoring in my cakes and glazes for muffins but not for sugar cookies.

I have used it a few times in fondant and buttercream. You have to really enjoy a citrus flavour to like this. I found most of the people who tried it just thought it was lemon flavour, the other flavours are sort of lost in the lemon. It is good but I got mixed reactions to it.
