I was wondering if anybody has substituted yogurt for the sour cream in a WASC cake. I was thinking a lowfat greek yogurt might do ok? I just hate sour cream and yogurt has much less fat.
Thoughts?

Yogurt works fine. Some people suggest you can use it to add more flavor by using flavored yogurt instead of plain.
