Okay this is two fold. I have a 3-d fishing bobber cake that I used the Wilton sports Ball pan (3-D). In doing so, I am having two issues:
1. The bobber frosting I am having a hard time getting smooth? Can you help with any suggestions - the Viva papertowel is not working as my buttercream (which is SOOOOOO good) doesn't crust over well.
2. I have white on the top half and red on the bottom half. if I try to frost these two together, I will lose my 1/2 way point. Looking for any suggestions?
Oh, Cake is due today and is tucked in my fridge all nice and cozy.
