I love the WASC recipe, but I use all vanilla as I'm not a fan of almond. I need to make a cake this weekend for a party on Thursday. I'm wondering what you think of this combination: WASC (vanilla flavoring only, no almond), and peanut butter dream frosting. Are both flavors too mild? I have always made chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, but I'm considering going WASC. What are your thoughts?
I think it would be good. I don't use almond in WASC either. Crushed PB cups in the PB frosting is scrumtious!
