Hello Everyone! Has anyone tried covering a 16inch cake in poured fondat? Do you prefer rolled fondant or poured for larger cakes?
Also, if you prefer rolled, does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate rolled fondant???

I did try poured fondant - once - I had no luck at all! For the chocolate rolled fondant, I use fondarific, it tastes likes tooties rolls! Some of the more experienced decorators can probably help a lot more, sorry!
Choco pan in dark chocolate is nice too!
