I really love the white look of BC with clear Vanilla extract but really HATE the wilton no color extract flavoring. This stuff does not taste as great as my Mexican Vanilla extract! What do people use to flavor their icing to keep the white color? Whate about other flavors? ps- I have already tried adding the white coloring to lighten it put can't really get back to pure white and don't want to use too much as I tasted the dye and it was pretty gross. I didn't want to use too much and effect the taste of my icing.

Adam's Extract makes a clear vanilla that I like. I know I have seen one in the Grocery store, but can't remember which brand it was.
