Melted Chocolate Vs. Cocoa Powder

Please help! I have a recipe that calls for 2 1/2 tbsps. of cocoa powder but I am trying to make it with white chocolate. However, I only have solid white chocolate. Does anyone know how much melted white chocolate I would add in order to be the equivalence of the cocoa which the recipe calls for?
