I am going to make a coconut cream cake but for the frosting I was going to use Bettercreme and coconut cream pudding but want to tone down the sweetness with whipping cream. So would I have to refrigerate it? I am planning on taking it for a potluck at work and it would be sitting out a for a few hours?
yes, if there is whipping cream in the icing then it needs to be refrigerated. Are you adding the pudding mix dry to the bettercreme? or how are you planning on doing it?
