16 square = 128 : 12 round = 56 10 square = 50 8 square = 32 : total = 266 These are wilton serving chart. You'd also have to make sure that the 10" square will fit correctly on the 12" round. I pulled this info from the wilton website and made my own little table for reference.

The 10" square won't fit on the 12" round. The diaganol dimension of a 10" square is 14", so it would over hang the round on all of the corners by at least 1"

Thank you so much everyone , I am gonna go with 16"14"10 and 8" on top.
YOu may want to make sure that the bride likes the design of the 10" square on top of the 14" round. There will not be any space on the corners of the 10" because it will be even with the 14" round. And it looks like the original picture there was some extra space in this area.
