i am doing my first buttercream transfer, its in the freezer now and i was wondering if the cake is for tomorrow if i can put it on the cake today..i dont want condensation to ruin it.. ?? help!
If it is going to be kept at room temp it should be okay. There may be a little condensation when it is first thawing, but just leave it alone until that evaporates. It should eventually dry and crust like BC does.
