I need to freeze about 50 undecorated cupcakes and am wondering how to prevent them from being 'sticky' after thawing...mine always seem sticky or tacky.

Does this happen to anyone else ... and what can I do ? any ideas much appreciated.

Yes, this happens to my cupcakes as well. When you take them out of the freezer, remove them from the box they are stored in. Let them sit at room temperature for a few hours and they will dry a bit.
