My cake must be ready by Thursday morning for my cake decorating class.

It's baked and cooled already.
I wrapped it like crazy in plastic wrap and stuck it in a gallon ziplock bag.

Can I leave the in the fridge until tomorrow afternoon...or should I freeze it?

Thanks so much for your help. <3

Def fridge or counter.. I would go ahead and crumb coat it now and that way you can frost and decorate in class.

Like others have mentioned fridge or countertop work fine! It's not worth putting it in the freezer for one day. If you put your icing in the fridge, be sure to take it out a good 3 hours before your class so it's not too stiff to work with! Enjoy your class! icon_smile.gif

Thanks everyone!

I've had the cake in the fridge..I need to level, fill and ice it before my class. It was too hot yesterday after baking to make my frosting. So I'm making it today icon_smile.gif
