Hi, I have a cake due on Saturday for a good friend, and want to quilt the bottom tier. The problem is that the tier is round and covered with crusting cream cheese frosting. Can this even be done? I was going to use the triangle method and the wilton quilting tool, but I'm worried that it will become curved. Has anyone done this before? I'm really new to decorating, but love it already. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
