You legally can't charge for a lightning McQueen cake. That is a copyrighted image and you could get in serious trouble. The Wilton pan is made for home use only not commercial use. Sorry

I understand - it was an example - but the answer is the same. You can't make a lightning McQueen cake for commercial use no matter how you make it. You could face $50,000 fines and more trouble. You could do a regular race car, but if you do a licensed character it's sort of asking for trouble.
