Does anyone have any tips they have learned about using the impression mats? I'm using the diamond one for a wedding cake this weekend. I want to avoid all mistakes, if possible. Thanks.
I watched a DVD done by Sharon of SugarShack she said to let the BC crust, if you are using BC. Not to press in the last row of diamonds very hard, because you do not want the edge of the mat to leave a mark.
