with a topsy turvy question?
can i do a 16 inch square topsy turvy?
have a request for a topsy turvy square cake to serve 175? just need some expertise...any advice or tips?

whats size pans would you use?

Are you doing just one tier or a stacked topsy turvy? Hope that isn't a stupid question... icon_redface.gif

hi michelle! its a stacked... to get teh servings i think i need to do a 16- but that scares me...

you can do a topsy turvy cake with any size tiers you want. As long as the next size tier sits on the 16" comfortably and won't overhang it anywhere you'll be fine.
