Does anyone have any recipes for a Peach Cake that would be similar to a strawberry cake with the strawberry icing? I can't find anything on this website or anything online. Everything I find is more like a coffee cake or pound cake with a peach glaze.

I just did a 2-tier Peaches & Cream (which was a HUGE hit). I used the WASC base but added peach extract instead of vanilla and peach yogurt instead of sour cream. For the filling I took Peach pie filling, blended with some bavarian cream filling for more stability as the peach turned out kinda runny. Iced with Buttercream Dream using Peach Liquor instead of Vanilla for the flavor.

FH has a great suggest. You can also use peach nector insteAD of water for the cake - would give it a flavor boost. &/or take a can of peaches and whirl it in a processor.
