So I am new to doing the sugar gems and I was wondering what is the best way to get the sugar from the pot into the gem molds? The first time I did it I just used a spoon but seems like there has to be a better way.

I have a little copper sauce pot that is perfect for pouring into molds. A gravy ladle would work too.
