I just made yellow gumpaste roses for the first time. Do I dry dust with the same color petal dust or is there a neutral petal dust I should purchase?

If you're happy with the color of the roses as they are, there's no need to dust. You can steam the dried roses if you want a slightly shiny look. If you have some pink or orange dust, a very small amount would look nice on the edges of the petals, or a little bit of green on the outside near the calyx.
