It's chocolate cake, covered in ganache, all smoothed out and lovely. I wish I could give this to the recipient as is, but I need to cover in black sugarpaste. My question is: Do I cover in sections or in one? If I cover in sections how will I join the sections to look good? I need to make this look as good as poss. Oh - also, any suggestions on the wheels?? I was thinking RKT?
I have a race car in my photos that I covered with fondant. I choose to do it in pieces. Basically I thought of the panels of a car and where there would naturally be seams.
