Is There A Trick To Putting Harlequin Diamonds On A Square?

I did it once last summer and I remember having a hard time on the corners. Is there a trick for this? Thanks!

I cant help, had the same issue. Do great on round. Few problems with square.

Yeah, I was thinking about switching the diamonds to the round layer just to be a cheater, but I really should know how to do this! ha ha
