Not being licensed, I don't charge for my baked goods. So, people write checks to my favorite charity. Well, my friend just now stopped by to ask me to do a small birthday cake for her MIL and gave me a $100 check in advance!!! I was only going to request $30, so I'd better really hit this cake out of the ballpark -- pun intended, as it's supposed to be a baseball-themed cake. Wish me luck!

Check out Sugarchicone..she is a member here and has some great baseball cakes.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just checked out Sugarchicone's gallery and, wow, she does terrific cakes of all kinds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I did it!!!! I'm not sure it's a $100 cake, unless I were charging an hourly wage. It took me a looooong time to pipe all of that ivy. icon_smile.gif
