Hi everyone, I have this wedding cake for tomorrow and an extra 6" cake that I am doing seperate and boxing it for their anniversary cake. They will be serving the top tier for extra servings so that's why I suggested to do a seperate cake. Anyway, I was wondering do I just put the cake in the box as is and they freeze it or should I wrap it with plastic wrap then box it?

Put the iced cake in the freezer - unwrapped, and freeze til it's firm. Now you can wrap it well with saran-type wrap, put it in the box, and wrap the box well, too.
