Last night I was working on a cake for a lady I work with. It is a replacement for the top of her daughter's wedding cake - the original was damaged at the reception and it's a surprise for her first anniversary. I spent all evening assembling and decorating it. Then I put it on the buffet for the night and went to bed.

Then I had this dream - that I got up this morning and went downstairs and the cake had exploded. That's right, all over the buffet. Frosting and flowers were everywhere and raspberry filling was dripping on the floor.

It woke me right up. I checked the cake and it was fine. Whew!!

I've had dreams like that. They suck.
