I'd like to know how everyone attaches big fondant/gumpaste bows to their cakes. Especially when it's in the center of a tier. I've done some small bows and had trouble just getting them to stick in the spot I want. Thanks!

Ditto thumbs_up.gif . I use to use a fondant dissolved in a little (tiny) water but I've found the melted chocolate works better for me.

Can you use chocolate chips or candy melts?
