Wait... Did someone just say Ferrero Rocher????? I think my mouth died and went to heaven! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE that buttercream!And I dont even like BC!

Actually it is a ganache filling so you may like it even more!

I'm a fan of caramel buttercream with toasted chopped pecans. Makes it taste like a turtle! I usually mix about a 1/2- 3/4 C of caramel ice cream topping and the pecans in with my buttercream.
