Tropical Cake Recipe From Scratch.pineapple/coconut

It is supposed to be a groom's cake.Two tiers.
I'd like to see if there is any good recipe that y'all know of...
anything tropical... refreshing... pineapple,coconut,banana yummy flavors..
Oh..kid friendly please I can't use any alcoholic beverages in this one..as there will be kiddos attending the wedding as well.

try doing a forum search for "gourmet flavors" they have a different recipes that are delicious... mango, coconut, pineapple and more!! There is a link to the yahoo file on some of the posts..

Thanks alot...do you by any chance have a link? I did search but no luck I couldn't find any such post :'( please I'd REALLY appreciate if you can direct me to that post.
